Package Specific FAQs
Do you require a deposit to secure our date?
All of our packages require approximately 30% down, so in the case of our Legendary Wedding DJ Bundle for $5000, we ask for a $1500 down payment.
Are the package add-ons exchangeable?
Yes, in most cases we can exchange the add-ons in your bundle for other add-ons that are offered. However, we cannot always ensure that the dollar value is perfectly matched.
How much time do you require for setup?
Our Legendary Wedding DJ Bundle requires a 4-hour setup time
Do you require accomodations?
For venues more than two hours away from our locations, we do require overnight accommodations for the team. For the Legendary Wedding DJ Bundle which requires 3-5 staff, we need two hotel rooms. We estimate this to cost $500 but adjust the amount to reflect the actual cost.
Can we upgrade the videography package?
Yes! Many clients want to include video of getting ready before the wedding or aerial drone video. You can upgrade this light videography package to a full wedding video.
Are the add-ons allowed in my venue?
Great question. We recommend reaching out to your venue before booking this package to ask if they are allowed. For these add-ons we use exclusively premium quality equipment and our Cold Spark Fountains are CSA-approved and safe for indoor use.
What is your cancellation policy?
In most cases, our deposits are refundable within 12 months of booking, however since this package includes services from other vendors we cannot guarantee a full refund of deposits.
Do you charge a travel fee?
If your venue is more than 45 minutes away from our locations, we charge a travel fee of approximately $150-250 which helps to cover the cost of gas and additional travel time for two vehicles and 3-5 staff. Note that the travel fees for this package are the most expensive due to its size.
