School Dance, Prom & Graduation DJ Packages

School events are the opposite shape to everything else we do: short, but with a lot of people in a difficult room. A gym holds four hundred students for three hours and sounds terrible. So these tiers are sized by room and headcount, not by hours. From elementary school grads to semi formals and Prom night, Legendary Sound will keep your students moving with an amazing selection of clean and popular music.

All of our school DJ packages include

The Legendary standard

01
Clean Edits Only
Every track is a clean radio edit. We screen requests on the night, so nothing gets past us in front of students.
02
Experienced School Emcees
DJs who have run hundreds of school events and know how to read a gym, not just play a playlist.
03
Licensed and Insured
Licensed and insured through the Canadian Professional DJ Association. Certificate of insurance provided for your board on request.
04
Music Vetted With Staff
We share the playlist with your advisor ahead of time and take direction on anything your school wants left off.
05
Student Request Process
A request link you can share with students before the dance, screened by us before anything gets played.
06
Glow-Hour Ready Lighting
Dancefloor lighting designed for a school gym or hall — bright, dynamic and never a strobe wall.
07
Set Up Before Doors
We load in and sound check before the first student arrives. Setup and teardown are never billed.
08
Volume Kept In Check
We hold levels where staff and students can talk, and follow your venue's limits without being asked twice.
09
FailSafe Backup Systems
Backups for just about any point of failure, so the night does not stop because a cable did.
